Enrollment is on a first come, first-served basis. Camp space is not guaranteed until the registration form (paper or online) is complete and the deposit is received. Payments can be made in the form of check, money order, cashier's check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. If you wish to pay by credit card please use our online registration system. Cash WILL NOT be accepted at any time.

You will receive confirmation e-mails from the camp that will be beneficial to you. Please print these emails for your records.
Once you have registered for Texas Volleyball Camp you will be able to log into your account using the login and password you created during the registration process. This will allow you to update your contact and billing information, make additional payments, add additional camp services, and purchase great Texas Volleyball gear! Registration by Mail
Campers can still submit their registration forms via the USPS. Once a camper's registration form has been received, an online account will be created for them and you will be notified of your username and password. Please be sure to include an active email address on your registration form. You will be able to log into your account using the login and password created for you. This will allow you to update your contact and billing information, make additional payments, add additional camp services, and purchase great Texas Volleyball gear! *Please note that the Texas Volleyball Camp is held on the UT Campus in Austin, TX. Our bank is located in San Antonio, TX and all registration that contains money must go through our bank for processing. The registration forms will be sent to Austin by our bank once the payments have been processed.
Important Information
Fee Notes
Any camper who submits an individual camp registration application after May 1, 2012 postmark will be charged an extra $50 per session.A one time credit card convenience fee of $8 will be added to all accounts with credit card payments for individual camp registrations.
Medical Packet
The medical packet consist of forms to be completed by the parent/guardian. Complete medical packets should be returned as soon as possible. These forms will be available to download from our website starting March 1, 2012. To download a copy please see the camp packets table at the top of the page.*Please be aware that all campers must have a current physical. This means their physical MUST have been completed within one year of the start date of their camp.
Payment Deadline
Full payment and completed medical forms should be received by June 1, 2012 for individual camps and June 25, 2011 for team camp. Campers whose full payment or medical forms are not received prior to camp risk loosing their place in camp or not being able to participate in camp. Please contact the camp if you need to submit these forms after this date.Check In / Check Out
Details regarding check in and check out will be included in the confirmation packet you receive. For most camps, check in will start on the afternoon of the first day and check out will take place mid morning on the last day. Check in and Check out can tend to be a busy environment, so please be prepared. Please bring copies of your medical forms to check in to avoid any surprises of lost or unreceived forms.Parking
Please obey all traffic and parking signs while on campus, at Dobie Center, The Castilian. These areas are closely monitored by UTPTS and by the City of Austin. Illegal parking will almost certainly result in a citation, fine, and possibly towing. Sorry, but the Texas Volleyball Camp cannot provide assistance with appeals or payments for any tickets received while at camp. Visit the UT Parking website for more information about parking on campus. Please see the maps section for maps to all Volleyball camp related areas.Housing / Meals
All camps are overnight camps. All camps are housed and fed at Dobie Center and The Castilian. Dobie is located at 21st Street and Guadalupe. You can also find more information about the dorm at www.dobiecenter.com. The Castilian is located at 2323 San Antonio St. Austin, TX 78705. You can also find more information about the dorm at www.thecastilian.com. Dinner is the first meal served at camp and breakfast is served on the last day of camp with the exception of Advanced Setting Camp and Advanced Camp. These camps will start with lunch on the first day. Experienced staff members supervise campers in the dorm and during all activities.Wait List Procedures
To request that you be placed on the waitlist, please follow the procedures below.1. Submit a registration form and all medical forms to Texas Volleyball Camp. To expedite this process you may fax the form to (512) 471-9069. No deposit is required and you do not need to include credit card information on the form.
2. Mark the session(s) you would like to attend and write "Waitlist" on the top of the form. You can also indicate how long you would like to be placed on the waitlist.
3. If space becomes available you will be contacted about coming to camp. Please provide an email address that is checked frequently and a phone number that you can be reached at easily. Also, please be ready to make a full payment once you are contacted about coming to camp.
4. We cannot guarantee that space will become available or when it will happen. We sometimes have people that cancel the day before their camp session starts.
5. Once you are on the waitlist we will periodically email you to keep you updated. Once a spot becomes available we will call you confirm your spot at camp.
