Enrollment is on a first come, first-served basis. Camp Space is not guaranteed until the registration form (paper or online) is complete and the deposit of is received. Payments can be made in the form of check, money order, cashier's check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. If you wish to pay by credit card please use our online registration system.

Online Registration
Online Registration is a new process for Texas Volleyball Camp. If you have any questions please email or call the camp director. Please note any error messages that you receive so we can promptly resolve the problem. Please see the notes below regarding the Online Registration process.New Users
Make sure you have selected the "Register Online as a New User" option under the "First Time Users" section. Then click continue. From there the system will walk you through the registration process. If you are not sure you will need to add our other camp options such as airport shuttle, overnight stay between consecutive camps, or buying our great Texas Volleyball gear, remember you can always log back into your account and add them at another time. Registered Users
Once you have registered for Texas Volleyball Camp you will be able to log into your account using the login and password you created during the registration process. This will allow you to update your contact and billing information, make additional payments, add additional camp services, and purchase great Texas Volleyball gear! Registration by Mail
Campers can still submit their registration forms via the USPS. Once a camper's registration form has been received, an online account will be created for them and you will be notified of your username and password. You will be able to log into your account using the login and password created for you. This will allow you to update your contact and billing information, make additional payments, add additional camp services, and purchase great Texas Volleyball gear! *Please note that the Texas Volleyball Camp is held on the UT Campus in Austin, TX. Our bank is located in San Antonio, TX and all registration that contains money must go through our bank for processing. The registration forms will be sent to Austin by our bank once the payments have been processed.
Important Information
Registration after May 1, 2008Any camper who submits registration applications after May 1, 2008 will be charged an extra $50 per session.
Medical Packet
The medical packet consist of forms to be completed by the parent/guardian. Complete medical packets should be returned as soon as possible. These forms will be mailed with the confirmation packet after registration has been received.
*Please be aware that all campers must have a current physical. This means their physical MUST have been completed within one year of camp. Any physical completed prior to June 30th, 2007 will not be valid.
Payment Deadline
Full payment and completed medical forms must be received by June 1, 2008. Campers whose full payment or medical forms are not received by June 1, 2008 risk loosing their place in camp. Applicants on the waiting list are given any available spots due to missed deadlines.
Check In / Check Out / Parking
Details regarding check in, check out, and parking will be included in the confirmation packet you receive. For most camps, check in will start on the afternoon of the first day and check out will place mid morning on the last day. Check in and Check out can tend to be a busy environment, so please be prepared. Please bring copies of your medical forms to check to avoid any suprises of lost or unreceived forms.
Please obey all traffic and parking signs while on campus or at Dobie Center. These areas are closely monitored by UTPTS and by the City of Austin. Illegal parking will almost certainly result in a citation, fine, and possibly towing. Sorry, but the Texas Volleyball Camp cannot provide assistance with appeals for tickets issued by the University of Texas or the City of Austin. Housing / Meals
All camps are overnight camps. All camps with the exception of All Skills 2 are housed and fed at Dobie Center. All Skills 2 will be housed at Jester on the UT Campus. Dobie is located at 21st Street and Guadalupe. You can also find more information about the dorm at www.dobiecenter.com. Jester is located at 201 East 21st Street on the corner of 21st Street and Speedway. Dinner is the first meal served at camp and breakfast is served on the last day of camp. Advanced Camp will start with lunch on the first day. Experienced staff members supervise campers in the dorm and during all activities.
Wait List Procedures
To request that you be placed on the waitlist, please follow the procedures below.· Submit a registration form to the camp. To expedite this process you may fax the form to 512.471.9069.
No deposit is required and you do not need to include credit card information on the form.
· Mark the session(s) you would like to attend and write "Waitlist" on the top of the form. You can also indicate how long you would like to be placed on the waitlist.
· If space becomes available you will be contacted about coming to camp. Please provide an email address that is checked frequently.
· We cannot guarantee that space will become available or when it will happen. We sometimes have people that cancel the day before their camp session starts.
