Registeration for the 2012 Texas Volleyball Team Camp will open soon. Once registration opens, the button below will become active.

Please read below before registering.

Fee Notes

A $75 non-refundable deposit per camper is required at the time of registration. This is applicable toward the camp fee.

Previous Campers (2008 - Present)

Your online account is still active and should be used to register for the 2011 Texas Volleyball Camp. Please do not create a new account unless you cannot remember your username. Please email the Texas Volleyball Camp if you do create a new account so that we can merge your two accounts. You can also e-mail the Texas Volleyball Camp and request your username. If you do not remember your password, use the help links located on the registration log in screen to reset it. Once you have successfully logged in, you are able to register the same camper from previous camps, add a new camper in your account, and update your account/camper information. Please update all information.

New Campers

Please click the "New User" box in the "First Time Users" section after going into the online system, and proceed from there.

Team Representatives

Please register yourself and create your team. After this process is complete, then have your team members register. Please see the "Team Representative Registration Steps" below.

Team Members

Please do not register until your team representative tells you he/she has created your team and gives you the team information. Please see the "Team Member Registration Steps" below.

Team Representative Registration Steps

Log In

If you are a returning user, please login with your username and password. If you cannot remember your username please email us. If you are a new user, please click "New User" to proceed.

Session Type

Please select your team camp session type. If you provide a coach, please provide a name.

Create Your Team

Please enter all team information. Please enter your team name like this example: Texas High School.

Number of Campers

Please select "New Camper" as primary contact. Choose 0 as the number of new campers to register.

Other Options

Choose camp options, including whether you are a dorm or commuter team and merchandise.

Information

Please enter team information and the team representative information. Please be sure to enter all required information.

Verification

Add / Verify your registration.

Online Account

If you are a new user you will be prompted to create your online account. If you already have an account and used it to log in and register, you will be automatically transfered to the next step.

Payment Information

Please enter your billing information. Please remember there is no charge for the team representative.

Print Confirmation

Please print your registration confirmation.

Team Member Registration Steps

Please confirm your team information with your team representative before registering.

Log In

Session Type

Please select your team camp session type. If you provide a coach, please provide a name.

Select your team.

Choose your team from the list. Once you select your team, please enter the password given to you by your team representative. If you do not see your team then the team representative has not created your team yet. Please contact them.

Number of Campers

Please choose one as as the number of new campers to register. If you are a parent that is adding multiple campers, choose the correct number.

Other Options

Choose camp options, including whether you are a dorm or commuter team and merchandise.

Information

Enter camper, parent, and emergency contact information. Please be sure to enter all required information.

Verification

Add / Verify your registration.

After You Register

After you complete the online registration process, you will receive two emails. The first will be an account email stating that your online account had been created. The second email will be a confirmation email stating which camps and other financial options you have registered for. If you do not receive these emails immediately after you finish the online registration process, please contact your team representative.
